Online meeting
Hello everyone, this is Y.T, President of Visionaries TMC.
As I have announced in the previous article, we canceled our next meeting on 7th March, considering the situation of COVID-19 corona virus.
But instead, we tried an online meeting for the first time! We used an app called ZOOM and found that the meeting was far better than we expected. There were some noises due to the network condition, but we could find bear comparison with our on-sight meeting.
Online meeting is easier to join for busy members, so it might be good idea to use it together with our on-sight meetings.
Remote working is recommended nowadays. We find many difficulties for the things we do for the first time, but the important thing is that we try it!
オンラインミーティング
こんにちは、Visionaries TMC会長のY.Tです。
前回アナウンスした通り、コロナウイルスの状況を鑑みて、3/7の例会はキャンセルいたしました。
その代わりに、オンラインミーティングを初めて試してみました！ZOOMというアプリケーションで行ったのですが、想像以上にやりやすかったです。通信環境によってノイズが入ったりはしましたが、オンサイトとほとんど遜色なく開催することができました。
オンラインであれば、忙しくて例会に来られない人も参加できるようになるので、オンサイトと組み合わせるのも良いかもしれません。
世間的にもリモートワークが推奨されています。初めてのことには戸惑うことが多いでしょうが、まずは試してみることが大切ですね。
