Introduction
Today’s meeting was hybrid style.
There was no guest.
Since TM Matsuyama attended the meeting for the first time as the official member, he offered greetings at the beginning of the meeting.
We had an ice-breaking session and gave a talk about what comes to mind when we hear the word autumn.
Today’s Word of the Evening was “vibe”.
The meeting was really good vibe.
Table Topic Session
TM S.K. gave some questions about autumn.
Each speaker talked about autumn food, autumn fashions, autumn events, and so on. Since October is called “Kannazuki” in the lunar calendar, which means all Japanese gods gather in one place for annual meeting and disappear from all parts of the country, TM H.Y. described how is the meeting.
Speech Session
We had two speakers today.
TM A.M. highly recommended to play mahjong in his speech. He showed his good memories and the good points of mahjong.
TM T.A. pointed the effectiveness of the good lie. He shared his experience to get his driver’s license with effective lies in Sudan.
Evaluation Session
General Evaluator was TM Y.T., and Individual Evaluators was TM Y.T. for the first speech, and TM S.K. for the second speech.
Each evaluator gave sharp comments for speech and this meeting.
Since we had time, TM Y.T. set up an additional evaluation time.
Then, other members gave good advices or comments to each speaker.
Today, we used WoE 16 times. It is great record.
