Introduction
Today’s meeting was hybrid style.
We had no guest today but welcomed TM A.M. as a new member.
At the beginning of the meeting, we talked about what comes to our mind about spring.
Today’s Word of the Evening was “strain”.
Speech contest practice
Since the speech contestant was decided at the last meeting, we had a practice session.
TM Y.T. gave a speech about a good manager.
After speech, other members gave comments and advices.
We talked that an impact message should be included in a speech to win the contest.
Table Topic Session
Today’s table topic master was TM A.M.
The answerer took on the role of a restaurant chef and explained each dish to the customers.
Thanks to the great chefs, we were able to create special course menu.
Speech Session
TM W.M. gave his first speech.
He introduced himself and showed his new iPad and his recent fulfilled university life.
We enjoyed the pictures of the concert of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift that he went to.
Evaluation Session
General Evaluator was TM A.M. (She accepted this role just before the evaluation session.)
TM S.K. evaluated the self-introduction of TM W.M.
TM A.M. gave a comment on today’s meeting, comparing her memory when she was in this club.
We used WoE 2 times today.
