Introduction
Today’s meeting was hybrid style.
We had one guest, area director of E-3 area, today.
At the ice-breaking session, we shared about our recent news.
Today’s Word of the evening was “surge”.
Table Topic Session
Today’s table topic master was TM S.K.
Since the Olympic Games are now being held in Paris, the questions were related to the Olympic Games.
Questions were about favorite sports, commercialization of Olympic, politics and Olympic, and so on.
We enjoyed answering questions.
Speech Session
Today, TM A.M. talked about “Serious Match”.
He shared his experience that serious match attracted the audience like Olympic games.
He played serious sumo match with his colleague to entertain the audience at the opening ceremony of a symposium.
The audience laughed and cheered loudly and he received a big round of applause.
Evaluation Session
Individual Evaluator, TM Y.T., mentioned that the speech was started with a connection to the Olympics and that was one of good point.
She also suggested that adding facial expression and moving back and forth can be more effective.
The General Evaluator was TM H.S.. He praised TM Y.T.’s evaluation as sophisticated.
He also stated the whole meeting was also well organized by TMoE TM Y.T.
We used WoE once.

Discussion Session
We talked freely about today’s meeting.
TM W.M. noticed that his current major is the same as TM A.M.’s former major.
We also talked about the latest AI tools. Some members are using AI tools to prepare speeches or something.
